Race registration includes race entry, event tee shirt (must register by t-shirt deadline listed in event info) and great food for the 5K run.
If the race does not sell out, there will be race day registration at an additional fee.
All race regs are non refundable.
There will be an early packet pick-up on Saturday morning, January 28th, 2017 from 10 AM – 1 PM at Movin Shoes (1892 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109). Additionally, all runner packets and race materials will also be available on the morning of the race at De Anza Cove. Check-in will open at 8:00 AM.
The kids fun run will kick off at 8:30 AM, the 5K run will start at 9:00 AM and the walkers will start just following the run start.
Mission bay park offers ample parking for De Anza cove in both the east and west De Anza Cove parking lots.
Unfortunately no dogs will be allowed at the event. Per the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation regulations, dogs are not allowed at the bay between the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM.
Absolutely! We will just ask that you start toward the back of the run for safety.

All proceeds of this event benefit the 501(c)(3) Friends of Pacific Beach Secondary Schools (FOPBSS). This volunteer organization is a joint Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation for both Pacific Beach Middle School and Mission Bay High School. The FOPBSS Board of Directors consists of teachers, principals and parents from both schools.
The mission of FOPBSS is to foster an environment of excellence in education and student activities for Mission Bay High School and Pacific Beach Middle School. More information on FOPBSS can be found at http://fopbss.org.
